Toban Engineering UK Ltd is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Marc Stephenson as UK Service & After Sales Manager.
Marc has joined Toban to develop business in new markets and drive forward service and after sales. Marc has a proven background within the food industry, having previous positions in both the equipment manufacturing sector and food processing. He was previously Commissioning Manager for a market leading Spiral and IQF freezer manufacturer following a role as an Engineering Manager at a leading UK bakery chain.
Commenting on his new role as UK Service & After Sales Manager Marc Stephenson says:
“I’m extremely excited about my position with Toban Engineering UK Ltd and I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead. Toban have a strong brand in the UK and already deliver an excellent service to all of its clients, so I’m excited and motivated about developing this further and ensuring this is widespread throughout the whole of the food industry.
My previous experience has provided me with the ability to understand the needs from the client’s perspective, as well as having the mechanical and electrical knowledge of food processing equipment. These skills and understanding supports my position in delivering a high-quality service for Toban Engineering UK Ltd.
My focus is to strengthen relationships with existing customers as well as identify new markets. Key to my role is developing the services on offer and promoting brand awareness, which is already in full swing with the launch of our new bespoke service and preventative maintenance packages.
